At this time, there are no plans to change any assigned relationships between any clients or staff.

WILL THERE BE AN INCREASE IN FEES WITH THE COMBINED FIRM?

In our first year together, no significant changes are expected in our fee structure. If we find any major issues, we intend to discuss them on an individual basis. Please feel free to communicate any concerns in this area.

WILL THE CONTACT INFORMATION CHANGE?

Some phone numbers will be the same, but emails will be updated to end in @abcpa.com. Old email contact info will still forward to the new one.

WHO SHOULD I CONTACT ABOUT MY WORK OR TAX QUESTIONS?

For routine needs, contact the same staff member you have been accustomed to working with at the same office. Phone numbers will remain the same.

WHERE WILL THE NEW OFFICE BE LOCATED?

LeCroy CPA Group and Mercer & Associates are located across the street from each other, so current clients do not have to travel far. The LeCroy office will move into the previous Mercer space:
201 Williams Ave SW #280, Huntsville, AL 35801.
